When you make your first enquiry to book a walk I will arrange a meet and greet with you and your dogs to discuss your booking in detail. Here we can chat about any special requirements they have and I can answer all of your questions about my services.
Services
Group Walks
I offer group walks that have a maximum of four dogs per walk. Dogs must be suitable to walk in the group they would be joining. This can be discussed during your enquiry and meet and greet.
Services Included
Collection from and return to your chosen address is included in the quoted rates. My regular locations for walks are Belvoir Forest, Ormeau Park, and Barnett Demesne. Dogs are kept on their leads for the duration of the walk unless your permission for off lead walks is provided in writing. Time off the lead will be at my discretion. With your permission your dog will be treated with small nibbles while they are out to reward good behaviour.
Walking Schedule
I offer two walks per day, Monday to Friday. Estimated times for collection and return are as follows:
Walk 1:
Collections 9.00am — 9.45am
Return 10.45am — 11.30am
Walk 2:
Collections 11.00am — 12.00pm
Return 1.00pm —2.00pm

Booking & Payments
Regular weekly bookings only are accepted. Clients are not able to book different days and walks each week. When you enquire I will send you the spaces I have available and once booked they will be unavailable to other customers. Clients are invoiced at the end of each month (every 4-5 weeks) and payment by bank transfer is accepted.
I allow one cancellation per invoice period without charge. Further cancellations will be charged at 50% of the walk rate. Cancellations for emergencies or extreme weather will not be charged. For holidays, your regular space will be held for 14 days free of charge. After 14 days a retainer fee will be applicable to guarantee your space on return.
Rates
Group Walk
£13 per dog
A group walk consists of a 50—60 minute walk for your dog(s) in a group of up to four. Price includes collection and return at your chosen location. Walks are available Monday to Friday.
** WEEKDAY DISCOUNT SPECIAL **Book a walk every day (Monday to Friday) and pay just £11 per walk, saving £10 per week (limited availability).
About Karen
This might be obvious, but I’m a dog person.
Karen Walks Dogs began in 2019 when I decided on a career change. I was racing home every lunch time from my job to walk my dogs, when it occurred to me that so many other people must be in the same boat. Five years later and I’m still glad I made the change.
I keep my walking groups small and take on a limited number of clients at a time, so I will really get to know your dog when they join my little crew. My own two dogs Coco and Mei Ling often join me on my walks, and they just love getting to meet their pals.
I am fully insured with public liability insurance and have completed a pet first aid certificate.
